Kwame Charles is a graphic designer and art director with over 20 years of experience in building visual worlds and telling image-led stories for global brands, cultural institutions and fine artists. Putting substance into style is his thing.

As a constant student of media evolution, he enjoys exploring new channels and formats for engaging specific audiences. As a graduate of “old school” graphic design and branding, he enjoys sharing knowledge about design heritage and history.

Driven by a belief that successful design doesn’t need to disrupt, he leads the careful craft of design principles and graphic systems that enable creative freedom and measurable impact.

Onika Simon is a strategist who has directed future-focused research, design, marketing, and business growth for over 20 years. Language and perception is her thing.

As a British West-Indian Londoner, who has lived in Manchester, Brooklyn and Berlin - she navigates the nuances of place and identity with a keen eye and ear.

As a Scrabble geek who studied Latin, Ancient Greek, French, Spanish and German, words and their origins are a forever fascination.

And as a corporate executive who has curated international art exhibitions, she enjoys bringing commercial acumen to cultural movements.
